The arrest of Gen Rusagara and Col Himbara is a sign of a regime at the verge of collapsing .

Col Tom Byabagamba and Brig Frank Rusagara to appear in President Kagame´s kangaroo courts.

Dictators are all over the world but it.s not found for a regime to arrest two senior officers in the same family on baseless accusation and malicious propaganda like what President Kagame recently did in order to eliminate the family of Col Tom Byabagamba.
To those who are used to president Kagame , it.s not suprise to hand pick a senior military official and arrest him like a common Rwandan but when it came to the family of Col Tom Byabagamba who is a brother to Rwandan dessident Dr David Himbara it was evident that it was modus operandi for president Kagames state machinery in order to eliminate Col Tom Byabagamba who is a brother in law of Brig Rusagara Frank .
The two officials are to apear today in President Kagame´s kangaroo court together with his spy Capt David Kabuye married to former state protocol Col Rose Kabuye . Analyst find it childish for a person like president Kagame who is struggling for his reputation on international scene to mudslinging a well known general like Frank Rusagara and former presidential guard commander Col Tom Byabagamba simply because of his excessive autocracy .
